Hi there.  I’m Ben Smith.  I’ve lived in Central Pennsylvania my entire life.  I was born in York, grew up near Harrisburg and have spent the last 25 years in Lancaster.  I’m a happily married father of two young boys that keep me busy.  I graduated from Elizabethtown College in 1998 with a degree in Communications.  After college I spent the next 22 years opening a collection of small businesses, which included 6 Subway restaurants, 4 Rita’s Italian Ice franchises, 2 health clubs and a small HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical company.  Having sold the remainder of my businesses within the past year, I reconnected with an old friend and took a position here at Weaver Associates as a New Sales Consultant.  I couldn’t be happier for a fresh start working for a great company with such a friendly group of people.
 
In my free time I enjoy playing golf and tennis, as well as taking long walks with my wife, Lori, and two young boys, Ben Jr..and Matthew.  I am an avid Star Wars fan with a large collection of lightsabers and collectables.
