I started working at Weaver Associates Inc in November of 2023. Prior to that, I had
several different career vocations. I owned my own Landscaping business for 18 and
also owned an outdoor power equipment sales and repair business. Starting a new
career, I was the Assistant Athletic Director for a year and half at Lancaster Catholic HS,
then became Athletic Director for 12 years, also at Lancaster Catholic.
Coaching has been a big part of my life. For almost 40 years I coached mainly
basketball, but also baseball, soccer, field hockey, and Track & Field. I loved working
with our youth and helping to teach great life lessons through sports. I was also co-
founder of Susquehanna Valley Wildcats AAU, President of the boys Lancaster CYO
league (20 years), as well as the Director of CYO for the Diocese of Harrisburg.
Faith has also been an integral part of my life. I was the Director of the SEARCH retreat
program and directed many SEARCH retreats. I was also very involved in KAIROS
while at Lancaster Catholic and thoroughly enjoyed the many retreats I was part of. It
was through my SEARCH experience that I met my amazing wife.
Cathy and I have 3 wonderful boys 24-33 years old. We enjoy hanging out with our
great friends and vacationing in the mountains or at the beach. I come from a large
family with 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Family is very important to Cathy and I and we
relish anytime we are together.
I have loved my time at Weaver Associates and getting to know a whole new group of
incredible people. I believe our team is one of the best out there and we are all
committed to meeting all of our customers’ needs as quickly as possible.
