Job Description
Repairing and servicing all devices that have to do with document output. Ensuring the customer is satisfied from the start of service to the finish. Installation of new devices including delivery and network setup. Evaluation and assessment of the customer environment to ensure we can provide the absolute best service products to meet the customer’s needs.

I started working in the printer/ copier industry in 1998 and I recently joined Weaver Associates. In the short time that I have been a part of the team I learned that I have the same values as my coworkers. Customer service comes first above all else. Regardless of the situation our mission is to ensure the customers’ needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. In my time off I enjoy movies, documentaries, and historical shows. I also like to unplug with video games.
